Will it arrive in time?

You’ll get your preview within 24 hours. Once you approve it, we print it in the USA and ship it in 2–5 days. Ordering for a special date? Order early and approve your preview quickly so it arrives in time.

What if I don’t love it?

You’ll see your design before anything is printed and can ask for as many changes as you like. And if it still isn’t right, you’re covered by our 100-day money-back guarantee.

What if two people were born in the same month?

Every month has two flowers, so family members born in the same month can each have their own. If you’d rather they share the same flower, just tell us.

How many people can I include?

Bigger family? Add the +12 Family Member add-on to include more people in your garden.

What sizes and frame options are available?

We offer three sizes: 12x16”, 18x24” and 24x32”. Frames are available in white, black and wood finishes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re actively working to expand our shipping options to include more countries soon.
