Will it arrive in time?
You’ll get your preview within 24 hours. Once you approve it, we print it in the USA and ship it in 2–5 days. Ordering for a special date? Order early and approve your preview quickly so it arrives in time.
What if I don’t love it?
You’ll see your design before anything is printed and can ask for as many changes as you like. And if it still isn’t right, you’re covered by our 100-day money-back guarantee.
What if two people were born in the same month?
Every month has two flowers, so family members born in the same month can each have their own. If you’d rather they share the same flower, just tell us.
When will I see my design?
Within 24 hours of your order we email you a digital preview. Ask for as many changes as you like; we only print once you approve it.
Can I choose the order of the names?
Yes. Tell us the order you’d like when you send the names, or ask for it in your preview feedback.
What should I check before approving?
Check that every name is spelled correctly, that each person has the flower of their birth month, and that nobody is missing. Once approved, the design goes to print.
What sizes and frame options are available?
We offer three sizes: 12x16”, 18x24” and 24x32”. Frames are available in white, black and wood finishes.
How is the artwork packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
Each piece is securely packaged in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes designed to prevent damage during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re actively working to expand our shipping options to include more countries soon.
What is the return policy?
We offer 100-day returns on our art prints. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or error. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or other means.
How should I care for my print?
Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. If framed, glass cleaner can be used on the glass part of the frame.
