We want you to love your Capri Studios artwork. This Refund Policy explains how our 100-day money-back guarantee works and what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong. By placing an order, you agree to it.

1. You see it before we print it

• Within 24 hours of your order, our artists send you a digital preview of your design by email and text message.
• You can ask for as many changes as you like, at no extra cost. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
• If we don't hear back from you within 7 days of sending a preview, the design is approved automatically and goes to print.

2. 100-day money-back guarantee

You can return printed and framed artwork within 100 days of purchase for a refund, as long as:

• It comes back in its original, undamaged condition, in its original packaging.
• You approved the design yourself. Designs that were approved automatically (see section 1) aren't eligible for a refund.

You're responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is not refunded. If these conditions aren't met, the refund may be reduced or declined.

How to start a return: email help@capristudios.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method. The refund usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, email help@capristudios.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or find another fair solution, at no cost to you.

4. Digital files

Every physical order includes a high-resolution digital file of your design. Digital files aren't sold or refunded separately.

5. Other terms

• We may update this policy from time to time. Changes don't affect orders placed before they take effect.
• This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
