Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Capri Studios offers refunds. By purchasing from Capri Studios, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following:
1. What’s Covered
1.1 Printed & Framed Products

You can return printed and framed products within 100 days of purchase.

Returns must follow the conditions outlined in Section 2.
1.2 Digital Orders

Digital products are not eligible for the 100-day return policy.

Refunds may only be issued under the conditions explained in Section 3.
2. Printed & Framed Products
2.1 Return Conditions

Products must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging.
- Designs must have been approved by the customer; auto-approved designs are not eligible for refunds.

If these conditions aren’t met, the refund may be reduced or denied.
2.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.3 Refund Process

Once Capri Studios receives and inspects the returned product, and confirms it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Digital Orders
3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available during the revision process.

Requests must be submitted before you approve the final version.
3.2 Final Acceptance

If you approve the artwork or download the file, that counts as final acceptance.

After that point, refunds are no longer available.
4. Additional Terms
4.1 Changes to This Policy

Capri Studios may update this policy at any time.

Any changes will not affect purchases made before the new policy goes into effect.
4.2 Legal Jurisdiction

This policy follows the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Disputes will be handled by the courts in that region.
