At Capri Studios, each piece of art is more than just a product — it’s a reflection of love, connection, and memory. From Family Garden scenes to Couple Portraits and Pet Illustrations, we are proud to offer handcrafted illustrations made with heart and delivered with care — no matter where you are in the world.


Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)

  • Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe (including most EU countries)

Shipping to remote areas may incur additional fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Local Production – Global Reach
To minimize delivery times and reduce our environmental footprint, all orders are produced locally within the region where they’re placed.
This means:

  • U.S. orders are fulfilled within the United States

  • Canadian orders are produced in Canada

  • Orders from Australia and New Zealand are made locally in Australia

  • UK and European orders are fulfilled within the UK or EU, depending on destination

This allows us to deliver faster, reduce international shipping delays, and support local production standards — while maintaining the same Capri Studios quality across every illustration.


Order Processing & Delivery Time
Your artwork is made to order and delivered in approximately 10 days, from the moment your order is placed. This includes:

  • Design: Our artists begin working on your personalized piece right away.

  • Production: After approval, your illustration is printed and, if selected, framed.

  • Shipping: Once completed, your piece is packaged and shipped from a local production facility in your region.


Free Standard Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping to all supported regions on orders over $55 USD: 
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
For remote areas or islands, additional fees may apply and will be clearly noted at checkout.


Expedited Shipping
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Each artwork is handled with care, and our streamlined process ensures both quality and timely delivery.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to follow its journey home.


Packaging
All artwork is packaged with great care using protective, eco-conscious materials, ensuring your piece arrives safely and beautifully.

Guaranteed Delivery
We commit to shipping all guaranteed delivery orders at least 5 days prior to the specified delivery date.


This means that if your selected event requires delivery on day X, we will ensure your order ships by X minus 5 days. Please note that if a customer requests a revision, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery, as each revision adds 24–72 hours to the timeline.

In the rare event of any issues, customers are always protected under the Capri Smile Guarantee. Please contact support, and they will find the best solution.
